  I lived behind these apartments and had to go up to the office numerous occasions about people walking their dogs along our fence line and antagonizing my dog which was rarely outside, usually only to use the restroom. They have designated dog walking areas in the middle area of the complex, not in the rear of the complex. I had to make a formal complaint with animal control due to the lady not having her dogs on a leash and she could not control those huge dogs. I did go back into the office again and was told she was not approved to have two large dogs.
  My house was also broke into and several other attempts from people hoping the fence at the rear of the complex, and also to the side of my house, I went in to ask when they were replacing the fence that was torn down, to only be told it was fixed.. walked back to check and not fixed.
  Had 5 different times the people at the rear complex decide to throw parties and blast the music later than midnight.
  Kindness to neighbors helps, however they do not keep up with the behaviors or a watchful eye at the rear building of the complex.
  If you pay attention to arrest and calls to the apartment complex you will see there have been a few drug bust as well as numerous calls for car theft and broken car windows.
